If you head down Arcot Road in Saligramam, you’ll find us at Balaji Arcade. We are at number 140, right near Avachi School. It’s a busy area, lots of traffic and noise from the street, but it keeps us on our toes. Fenna Constructions isn’t some massive corporation with glass walls. We’re just a group of people who know how to put bricks together. Most mornings start with a quick meeting at the office before everyone heads out to different sites. We handle various construction tasks, from the foundation work to the finishing touches. It’s hard work, and the Chennai heat doesn't make it any easier. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the weather ruins our plans, but that's just how this business goes. We don't really have a fancy philosophy. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the project. Our office is practical, filled with rolls of blueprints and samples of tiles. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, so we know the Saligramam area pretty well. If you’re walking past the school and see our sign at the arcade, that’s us. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just construction work, day in and day out. Sometimes the tea runs out, and sometimes the phone won't stop ringing, but we manage. We aren't big on formalities, just getting the building work finished properly.
