Farwood Industries Ltd also has a presence down south in Chennai. We are located at 51/3, Ramalingeswrer Kovil Street, which is just off Eldams Road in Teynampet. It’s a very well-known area in the city. The street is named after the temple, so it has a bit of a traditional feel to it despite being in a busy part of town. The office here is a bit different from our other locations. It’s a bit more compact, but we make it work. The Chennai heat is no joke, so we usually have the fans going full blast all day. Teynampet is a central spot, which makes it easy for people to reach us, though the traffic on Eldams Road can be a nightmare during rush hour. We handle the local industrial requirements from this office. Inside, you’ll find the usual office stuff—laptops, some ledgers, and a few chairs for visitors. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit and coordinate our projects. Most of us have been working together for years, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We drink a lot of coffee here, as you’d expect in Chennai. Sometimes you can hear the bells from the nearby temple if the windows are open. It’s a grounded, practical workspace where we just focus on the jobs we have to do. We don't try to impress anyone with the office décor; we just work. That is how we operate daily.
