You can find Everest Industries Limited over at 6 River View Apartments on Pillaiyar Koil Street. It’s right there in Jafferkhanpet, Chennai. The name of the building makes it sound like we have a great view of the water, and on some days, you can actually see a bit of the greenery near the river. The street is usually packed with bikes and people going about their business. It’s a typical Chennai neighborhood, which means it’s loud, hot, and very alive. We work out of one of the units there. It’s not a huge place, but it’s enough for our small team to manage things. We spend a lot of time dealing with the usual stuff like logistics and paperwork. The humidity here is no joke, so the air conditioning is basically our best friend during the summer months. Sometimes the traffic on Pillaiyar Koil Street gets so backed up that it takes forever just to get out of the gate, but that’s just city life for you. We’ve got a small corner for making filter coffee, which is how most of our mornings start. There’s no big corporate culture here. We just know each other well and get the work done without much fuss. It’s a practical location for us, being in 600083, and we’ve made the space our own over time. It is a bit cramped when we get new stock, but we manage to find a place for everything eventually.
