Eta Construction

Down in Neelangarai, we run Eta Construction from Singara Velar North Street. It’s a nice spot in Chennai-41, not too far from the coast. Our address is 2/340, and it’s basically where all our planning happens. We spend a lot of time out on the field, but this is the home base. Chennai is a big place, but we mostly stick to the areas we know well around here. The salt air can be tough on some materials, so we have to keep that in mind when we're working on projects near the beach. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of people in suits. We are more the type to be wearing boots and carrying measuring tapes. If you're looking for us, we’re usually there on North Street early in the morning before the heat gets too bad. We do a bit of everything when it comes to building. Some days it’s small repairs, and other times it’s bigger stuff. We don't spend much time on fancy advertisements. Most people just know us from seeing our trucks around the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward way to work. We like the local community here in Neelangarai. It has a different feel compared to the middle of the city. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the bricks and mortar. There’s always something to fix or build in a growing area like this one. That’s what keeps us busy day after day.
