Essential 3D Technologies

Essential 3D Technologies is located at plot number 10, door 6A, in the F2 unit of AGS Colony. This is on the 1st Main Road in Velachery West. It’s a pretty quiet residential neighborhood, but we do our tech work from here. Most days start with turning on the machines and checking the designs we have to print. It’s a small space, not like those big factories you see on TV. We have our 3D printers set up and they hum along while we work on the computers. Velachery is always busy, especially the main roads, so being tucked away in the colony is actually quite nice for focusing. We spend a lot of time looking at 3D models and making sure the plastic or resin is feeding through the nozzles correctly. Sometimes a print fails halfway through and we have to start all over again, which is frustrating but it's part of the process. We don't have a big reception area or a team in suits. It’s usually just a couple of us in t-shirts making sure the orders are handled. People sometimes have a hard time finding the exact door since the colony layout can be a bit confusing for first-timers. We just tell them to look for the first main road and the number 10 plot. It’s a simple operation, really. Everything we do is focused on getting these 3D parts made correctly for the people who order them.
