Our office is located at 5A/11 Kalingarayan Street in the Old Washermanpet area of Chennai. It is a very old and crowded part of the city, which gives it a lot of character. Esquire Express India Pvt Ltd operates out of this building, and it is usually a hive of activity from the moment we open. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some fans to keep the Chennai heat at bay, and lots of logs for the daily deliveries. It’s not the quietest place to work because of all the street noise and the people coming in and out. We don't bother with fancy decor or marketing talk. We just tell you what’s happening with your delivery and move on to the next task. Sometimes the traffic on the street is so bad that we have to wait a while just to get a van close to the door. We don't have a big, polished image; we’re just a local business doing a practical job. Most of us have been working here for years and we know the streets of Chennai inside out. It’s an honest living, even if it gets a bit stressful when the deadlines are tight. We don't use any promotional phrases or big promises. We just come in every morning and do our best to keep things moving along. It’s a simple, straightforward operation for a team of real people.
