EQUAD Consultancy Services is based at No.1, VOC Street. We're in Mahalakshmi Nagar, which is a fairly quiet part of Selaiyur. Our office is a small building right on the corner. It’s a nice change from the loud city centers. We have a few trees outside that give some shade. Inside, it’s just a regular office setup. We have computers, some shelves full of books, and a lot of notebooks. We do consultancy, so we spend a lot of time reading and writing reports. It’s not flashy work, but it keeps us thinking. We have a small team here. We usually have lunch together around the big table in the back. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and we can hear them through the windows. It’s a peaceful place to get things done. We started EQUAD because we wanted to do things our own way without all the corporate red tape. We don't have a dress code. Most days we just wear whatever is comfortable. We meet with clients, but we aren't the type to wear suits unless we really have to. We prefer just talking like regular people. We’ve been in Selaiyur for a few years now. The local tea shop knows exactly how we like our drinks. It’s a small community, and we like being a part of it. We just keep working away on our projects. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, but we just use that time to stretch and chat. It’s a relaxed atmosphere.
