Plan Insure Company

Our office is right here at 5 Kothari Road, over in Kaamraj Nagar. If you know Ennore, you know it can get a bit industrial and busy around these parts. Plan Insure Company has been sitting in this spot for a good bit now. Most days it’s just us sitting at the desks, dealing with a lot of folders and phone calls. People come in from the neighborhood asking about their paperwork or trying to figure out what happened with a claim they filed. We spend a lot of time explaining things and making sure the forms are filled out right because one mistake and the whole thing gets kicked back. It’s a small space, not very big, but it works for what we do. The tea man comes by twice a day, which is usually the highlight of the afternoon when things get slow. We have a couple of old computers that sometimes act up, but we manage. Outside, the traffic on Kothari Road is constant, so there’s always that background noise of horns and engines. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door. It’s mostly about keeping the records straight and making sure folks get their questions answered without waiting too long. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait, but that’s just how it is here. It’s just steady work, one policy at a time.
