Empreus Ventures Private Limited

Our office is called Vallabha, located at number 34 in Raja Nagar. This is in Neelankarai, right off the East Coast Road, or ECR as everyone calls it. It’s a nice part of the city because you get that sea breeze sometimes. Empreus Ventures Private Limited is the name on our registration. We deal with various ventures and business ideas. It’s not always easy to explain, but basically, we get involved in different projects and see how they go. The office is part of a residential area, so it’s not like those big glass buildings in the IT parks. It feels more like a home. We have a small yard and some trees around the gate. Sometimes we work from the porch if the weather isn't too hot. ECR is a great road, but the traffic on weekends can be a nightmare with everyone heading to the beach. We’ve learned to plan our errands around that. Inside, it’s just desks and people working. We aren't a massive team. We prefer keeping it small so we actually know what everyone is doing. We don’t use much corporate lingo. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or built. It’s a very grounded way of working. Most of us have been around this area for years, so we’re used to the pace of life here near the coast. We just take things one day at a time.
