Elia Benefit Fund Nidhi Limited

Our office is in Koyambedu, right on Jawaharlal Nehru Road. We are up on the second floor, in Shop No. 321. It is a very busy part of Chennai, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic and the people outside. Being on the second floor helps a bit with the noise. We have been here for a while, running this benefit fund. It is a Nidhi company, so we do the usual things like savings and small loans for our members. Most of the people who visit us are local workers or shop owners from around the market area. We are not a big corporate office with hundreds of employees and fancy suits. It is just a few of us here. We keep the books, answer the phone, and talk to whoever walks in. Chennai-600107 is a fast-paced place, but we try to keep things simple inside our office. We do not use any complicated words or bank talk. If someone has a question, we just explain it the way it is. The office is functional, with enough room for people to sit while we process their papers. It is a lot of manual work sometimes, checking and double-checking the entries in the ledger. We just show up, do the job, and go home like everyone else. It is about helping folks manage their money in a way that makes sense for them, right here in the middle of Koyambedu.
