Electromags Unit 2

Electromags Unit 2 is located at No. 128 and 2133 on 3rd Cross, Nehru Nagar, in the Kottivakkam area. It’s tucked away in a spot that’s a mix of houses and small workshops. We work with magnets and electrical components. It’s not the kind of work that everyone understands, but it’s essential for a lot of machines. The shop floor is usually a bit messy with copper wire and metal shavings, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a lobby with a receptionist. Most people just walk in through the side door. The heat in Chennai can be tough, especially when the machines have been running all morning, so we keep the fans going full blast. We’ve been at this for a while, and most of our neighbors know us by name. It’s a small operation, really. We focus on getting the specs right for every piece we make. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a custom order, and you can hear the crickets outside while the machines hum. We don’t do any big promotions or anything. We just rely on the fact that people know we do a decent job. It’s just us, some heavy tools, and a lot of magnets in a quiet corner of Kottivakkam. We like it that way.
