Our office, Electrocare Systems & Services Pvt. Ltd., is on the 4th floor of the Mookambika Complex. The address says No. 4 Lady Desika Road, but the entry is actually on C. P. Ramaswamy Road, which can be a bit confusing for people visiting us for the first time. We are right in the middle of Mylapore. It’s an old building, but it works for us. We handle a lot of technical work related to electronic systems and servicing them. There are usually tools, wires, and opened-up machines lying on the worktables. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a white shirt because things can get a bit greasy or dusty. We’ve got a team of technicians who have been doing this for a long time. They don't say much; they just focus on fixing whatever is broken. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years in Chennai. The 4th floor gets a good breeze sometimes when the windows are open, which is nice because it gets hot in the afternoon. We just keep things simple—fix the equipment, write the bill, and move to the next job. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trying to find spare parts that are hard to get. We just show up every day and do our best to get the customers' things working again. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning till night.
