We are based over in Chennai, specifically at 59 Outer Circular Road in Kilpauk Garden Colony. It’s a decent area, a bit quieter than the main market districts but still busy enough. We work with various systems and devices. Our office isn't anything special to look at; it’s mostly desks covered in components and testing equipment. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things and looking at technical manuals. It’s the kind of work that requires a bit of patience. Some days are spent just waiting for parts to arrive, while others are a complete rush to get a system back online. We’ve been in Kilpauk for a while now, and the neighbors know us as the guys who are always tinkering with something. The humidity in Chennai can be tough on the equipment, so we have to be careful about that. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. There are just a handful of us who handle the technical side of things and the paperwork. We keep it pretty low-key. Most of our days involve coffee, spreadsheets, and figuring out why a certain device isn't behaving. It’s practical work. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. If something is broken, we try to fix it. If someone needs a system set up, we go and do it. It’s just how we run things here on the Outer Circular Road. No big mystery to it, just keeping things running.
