Shri Hari Tool

The shop is tucked away on Village Cart Track Road in Ganapathy Nagar. It’s a busy part of Ekkattuthangal. We open up early most days. The shutters are a bit heavy, especially when the humidity is high. Inside, there are shelves of tools everywhere. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is kept. Usually, you’ll find some dust on the counters because of the construction nearby. We spend a lot of time checking orders or talking to people who walk in from the street. Some days it is quiet and we just sit and drink tea. Other days, the phone won’t stop ringing about some specific wrench or part someone needs for their machine. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains from over the years. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. You can hear the traffic from the main road if the door is open. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we have a couple of old fans that make a lot of noise. We mostly deal with local folks and regulars who have been coming to us for their hardware needs. There isn't much to say about the building itself, just a standard block on a busy track road. We try to keep things simple here. If someone needs a tool, they come in, we find it, and they go back to their work. It's just a regular day-to-day operation for us.
