Eazy Homes

Eazy Homes is tucked away at number 4, 1st Street in Kasturi Estate, Alwarpet. It’s a nice, quiet street compared to the main roads in Chennai. We like being in Alwarpet because it has a good mix of homes and small businesses. Our office is a bit small, but it works for us. We spend our days talking about houses and apartments, helping people figure out where they want to live. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of agents. We’re just a small team that knows this area well. 1st Street is a place where you recognize the neighbors. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve seen people move in and out of the estate. Working in the housing business means we see all kinds of situations. Some days are slow, and other days everyone seems to be calling at once. We don't use any of those big sales pitches you hear on TV. We just tell people what we have available and what the costs are. It’s straightforward. We keep it simple at Eazy Homes. If you walk into our place in Kasturi Estate, you’ll find us sitting around the table or on the phone. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We just do our work and try to help people find a place to stay.
