East Coast Constructions & Industries Ltd. is based in the Bhukharia Building, which is No. 4 on Moores Road. It’s an old building with a lot of character. We’ve been operating out of here for a long time. The construction business is never quiet. There are always blueprints spread out on the tables and people coming in with muddy boots from the sites. We don’t have those sleek, modern offices you see in magazines. Ours is more lived-in, with files stacked high and the sound of phones ringing constantly. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but that’s just how construction goes. We handle the heavy lifting and the complicated planning from this office. Moores Road can get pretty congested, so we’ve learned to start our days early. Our staff is a mix of old-timers who have seen it all and a few younger people learning the ropes. We don't go in for big promises or flashy advertisements. People usually find us because they know someone we've worked for. We just keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have in front of us. Whether it's a big industrial job or something smaller, it all gets handled from the Bhukharia Building. It's a lot of hard work, long hours, and practical problem-solving. That's really all there is to it for us.
