Dwaraka & Associates

Our office, Dwaraka & Associates, is at No 3 on Welders Street. It’s a small street just off the main Mount Road area. A lot of people find us by looking for the LIC building since it’s such a massive landmark nearby. If you can find LIC, you’re pretty much at our doorstep. Welders Street itself is a bit narrower than the main road, and it has its own character. There’s always someone moving something or a bike parked in a funny way. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while. The office inside is mostly just desks and shelves filled with records. It isn't a fancy place with modern furniture. Most of our chairs have been here as long as we have. It feels like a lived-in space because we spend so many hours here every week. Sometimes the light in the hallway is a bit dim, but our office gets enough light from the windows. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that, so we just focus on the work sitting in front of us. People come in, we have a chat, and we get on with things. It’s a very grounded way of doing things, I suppose. No big corporate vibes here, just a group of people working in a familiar old building in a very busy part of the city.
