D.V. Jothi Clinic

Our clinic is located at 186 Purasawalkam High Road, which is a very busy part of the neighborhood. If you know this area, you know how much traffic and noise there is on the main road, but we have been here long enough that we barely notice it anymore. The building itself is older and the clinic has a very lived-in feel to it. We do not have any of those modern, polished waiting rooms you see in the big hospitals. Instead, we have some simple benches and a lot of familiar faces. People from around Purasawalkam come to us for all sorts of regular health problems, like a bad cold or a stubborn fever. Dr. Jothi sees most of the patients and takes the time to actually listen to what is wrong. Sometimes this means the wait gets a little long, but nobody seems to mind too much. The staff is small, just a few of us who handle the patients and keep the files in order. It gets pretty warm in here during the summer months, even with the ceiling fans spinning at full speed. We do not do much in the way of advertising; most people just know we are here because their parents or neighbors told them about us. It is a humble place and we are just trying to provide basic, reliable medical care to our local community every day.
