We are tucked away in Flat No 6 at Geethanjali Apartments. It is on 11th Avenue in Ashok Nagar, which is a pretty well-known part of Chennai if you live around here. Being in apartment number 8, it feels more like a home office than those big sterile buildings you see downtown. We deal with courier and cargo stuff all day long. There are usually parcels stacked up and people coming in and out to drop things off or pick them up. Chennai can be hot and sticky, so we usually have the fan going full blast while we sort through the paperwork. It’s a busy spot, especially being on the 600 083 side of town. We don’t have a big neon sign out front, just a small place where we manage the logistics. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in, but we make it work. We’ve seen all sorts of items pass through these doors over the months. Most of the time, we’re just making sure the addresses are readable and the boxes are taped up tight. It isn’t glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. People from around the neighborhood stop by, and we’ve gotten to know the regular delivery guys pretty well. We just focus on the task at hand, making sure the cargo gets where it needs to go without too much fuss. It is just a regular day for us here in Ashok Nagar.
