Dsm Agencies Pvt. Ltd. is based at No.1 on 15Th Cross Street in Shastri Nagar. It is a relatively quiet part of Adyar compared to the big main roads nearby. We have been operating out of this same office for a long time. The street has a few trees that provide a bit of shade during the hottest parts of the afternoon. Inside, the space is mostly taken up by desks and stacks of paperwork. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or going through files to keep things in order. It is a small team working here, so everyone knows each other’s names and habits. We do not have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate decorations. Usually, the mail arrives in the morning and that pretty much sets the pace for the rest of our day. We often grab our lunch from the small food stalls located around Adyar. Being on the corner of the cross street makes it fairly simple for people to find the building. We do not try to act like we are some big corporation. It is just a regular office where we handle our business affairs. The neighbors are a mix of other small offices and some residential houses. The street gets a little crowded with parked scooters during the day, but we manage. It is a decent place to spend our working hours and we have grown fond of the local neighborhood rhythm over the years.
