If you’re walking down Dr T V Naidu Road in Chetpet, you’ll find us at number 9. We’re really close to Shree Mithai, which is lucky for us because the smell of the sweets sometimes drifts over when the wind is right. Chetpet is a nice area, and being on this specific road means we get a good mix of people coming in. The clinic itself is fairly small and quiet. We don’t have a massive staff or a giant lobby with TV screens everywhere. It’s just a place for Dr Sanjan John to see patients and help them out with whatever is bothering them. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people who live in the houses nearby. It’s more like a community spot than a cold medical office. We keep our files in order and make sure the chairs are comfortable for anyone waiting. There’s no big corporate mission statement on the wall because we think the work speaks for itself. People come here because it’s convenient and they trust the local vibe we have. Sometimes we have to deal with the parking issues that come with being in this part of town, but everyone manages somehow. It’s a simple, honest clinic where we focus on the people who walk through the door. No marketing tricks or polished speeches, just regular healthcare in a neighborhood we really like being a part of every day.
