Dr Nambi V Poly Clinic

We are over here in Mylapore, specifically in Nagarathinam Colony. If you know where Vivekanandha College is, we are just near there at No 5/2. The clinic has been around this part of Chennai for some time now. It’s a busy area, especially when the college students are out and about or when the traffic picks up on the main roads. Inside, it’s just a regular setup with some chairs for waiting and the consultation rooms. We try to keep things tidy, though the dust from the street sometimes has other plans. Usually, people from the colony walk over, which is nice. There’s a bit of a routine to the day, starting early before it gets too hot outside. The fans are always running. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just a place where people come when they aren't feeling well. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit cramped if a few families show up at once, but everyone just makes do. The stairs can be a bit steep for some, so we watch out for that. It’s just us doing our work in this corner of Mylapore. There’s a small tea stall not far away where we usually get our afternoon drinks. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the bigger hospitals. We just open up, see who comes in, and go about the day until it is time to close the shutters.
