Dr Batras Positive Health Clinic

We are located over in Kilpauk on New Avadi Road. The building is right opposite Pachaiyappas College, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. The address can be a bit confusing because it's New No 90 but also Old No 57, so we usually just tell people to look for the college. It’s a busy part of town. There’s always students around and a lot of traffic passing by. The clinic itself is fairly simple inside. We have the desk at the front and then the rooms where the consultations happen. We don't spend much time on fancy stuff. It’s more about just having a place for people to come and talk about their health. Most of the staff has been here for a while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s got that old Kilpauk feel to it. We don't have a giant sign or anything, just enough so you know you’re in the right place. On rainy days, the road gets a bit messy, but that’s just Chennai for you. We just keep things moving, taking appointments and answering the phone. It’s a practical setup. We aren’t trying to be a five-star hotel, just a clinic that’s easy to get to for the locals. Most of our day is spent catching up with regular patients and making sure the files are in order.
