Dolci Hospitaltiy Innovations

We operate Dolci Hospitaltiy Innovations out of Ananadham Abode, which is located at No S2, No 7 on Anantha Ramakrishnan Street in Saligramam. This area, known as Devaraj Nagar, is where we do the bulk of our daily work. It is not a typical storefront that you would just walk into off the street while shopping. We spend most of our time dealing with the back-end details and logistics of the hospitality world. Our office space is usually filled with piles of papers, various samples, and technical drawings. It can feel like a bit of a maze sometimes with all the different projects we have going on at the same time. We are not a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees and a fancy glass office. We are a smaller team that focuses on specific innovations and solving problems for the industry. Some days we are out visiting different sites, and other days we are stuck right here in Saligramam working through the fine details of a plan. The street outside is usually quiet, which is nice when we really need to concentrate on a difficult task. We have had to learn a lot over the years about what actually works in this business. It is not always the most exciting work, and there is a lot of fixing mistakes and troubleshooting involved. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
