Dolci Hospitality Innovations

Our place is at 45, Burkit Road, which is right next to the Shree Kalyana Mandapam. If there’s a wedding going on next door, it gets incredibly loud and crowded around here, but we’ve gotten used to it. Dolci Hospitality Innovations is basically us helping out people in the food and hotel business. We have a lot of equipment and stuff coming in and out all the time. T. Nagar is a crazy place to run a business because of the traffic, but it’s where all the action is. Our shop is filled with various things for kitchens and dining rooms. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. We spend our days talking to chefs and restaurant owners who are usually in a hurry. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. If we have what they need, we tell them. If we don't, we see if we can get it. It’s a very hands-on job, and we’re often moving heavy items around the floor. The staff here is small, and we mostly just treat each other like family. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that. Just this place on Burkit Road where we try to keep things running smoothly despite the chaos of the street outside. It’s a lot of work, but we enjoy being part of the local scene every single day.
