You can find Dm Pharma at No. 2 on Madhavan Nair Road. It’s a relatively quiet street in Mahalingapuram compared to some of the main roads nearby. The building is simple and we keep the front of the shop clean. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a small counter where we handle everything. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. Sometimes it takes a minute to find a specific item if we’ve just had a big delivery, but we usually manage. We spend our days talking to suppliers and checking the stock levels. It’s a straightforward kind of business. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just call us or drop by when they are in the neighborhood. The trees on the street provide some nice shade, which helps keep the place a bit cooler during the summer. We have an old fan that makes a bit of noise, but it works well enough. Working here is okay because the people in Mahalingapuram are generally quite friendly. We have our regulars who come in every week, and we usually have a bit of a chat about the weather or the local news while we get their things ready. It’s not a fast-paced corporate life, and we like it that way. We just do our work, close the shutters at night, and come back the next morning to do it all over again. Sometimes we have a coffee together before we start the morning shift.
