Dlf Projects Ltd

Our spot is over on No.16 Kurinji Nagar Main Road in Tambaram East. It’s a decent area of Chennai, though the humidity can really get to you some afternoons. Dlf Projects Ltd operates out of this building, and it’s mostly just a regular workspace with desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. We spend a good chunk of our time on the phone or tracking schedules for different sites. It’s not a big corporate setup with a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find one of us fixing a jammed printer or trying to find a specific file from last year. We’ve been in this part of town long enough that the local tea stall knows our order by heart. The work involves a lot of logistics and making sure materials are where they need to be. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait or talk about the traffic on the main road. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the city center, which is nice for getting things done. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. It's just a place where we come every morning to handle the project requirements. We manage the paperwork, talk to the crews, and try to keep everything moving along as best as we can without overcomplicating things.
