Sometimes the traffic in Porur is a real nightmare, so we have to plan our site visits carefully. People stop by asking about jobs or just checking on the progress of what we’re building. We try to be helpful when we can. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams. The site office stays busy with phones ringing and people coming in with boots covered in dust. That’s just how it is. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. We just show up and do the job we’re paid for. Sometimes the rain slows us down, but that’s just part of the business. We’ve got a small crew here and everyone knows each other. We don’t have time for long meetings. Usually, it’s just a quick chat and then back to work.
