We are over in the Selaiyur area, specifically at 68 B in Als Nagar, Madambakkam. This part of Chennai has grown a lot, and we’ve been part of that by working on various home development projects nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get our planning done. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, except when we have guys coming in from the sites to report back on how things are going. We spend most of our time dealing with the local authorities or checking on building materials. Being in Madambakkam means we’re tucked away a bit from the main city rush, which is actually quite nice. We know the local landscape well and how the weather here can mess with construction timelines. Most people who work with us are from around the neighborhood. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just seeing what we’ve built in the area. We try to keep our desks organized, but with so many drawings and permits to keep track of, things get a bit cluttered. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Whether it’s answering the door or checking on a plumbing issue at a site, we just do what needs to be done to get the houses finished.
