The office is located at No 4 & 5 in Bethel Nagar, which is inside the Perungudi Indl Estate. It can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't used to the industrial area layout. We are quite close to the Elcot company, so that is usually the best landmark to use if you are getting lost. D S Dinakar & Co has been operating out of this spot for a bit. It’s a busy area with a lot of trucks moving in and out during the day. Sometimes the noise from the nearby units is a bit much, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork and the regular business stuff that comes up. The Perungudi heat can be a lot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going pretty much all the time. It is a practical space, nothing too pretty, just desks and files and the equipment we need to get things done. People from the other companies in the estate sometimes stop by just to say hello or ask for directions. We don't have a big reception desk or anything formal. It is just a working office where we show up every morning and stay until the work is finished. Bethel Nagar has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of that daily grind.
