Our place is over in the Industrial Complex on Santhome Bypass Road. We’ve got units 12, 13, and 14. Being in Mylapore, it’s a familiar area for most people around here. We handle various industrial supplies and small parts. It’s not a very pretty setup, just three units filled with shelves and boxes. Most of the time we are just sorting through inventory or checking orders that came in. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the units to find things. The bypass road gets quite busy, especially in the mornings, so we try to get our deliveries out early before the traffic blocks everything up. We started with just one unit and eventually took over the ones next door as we needed more space for the stock. It’s a small team here, just a handful of us who know where everything is kept. If you walked in, you’d probably see us drinking tea or talking over where a specific box went. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting room. People just come to the door and ask for what they need. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve stayed in this complex because it works for us and the neighbors are decent people. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. It’s just a normal business doing its thing in the industrial park.
