Big words and fancy strategies aren't used here. Just taking the calls and updating the logs is enough. If a package is stuck, we find out why. Staying organized and keeping the lines open is how we get through the day. Working in Ambattur is good because it's a real working part of the city. There is always something moving around here. We just try to keep things moving too. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do.
