Creative Home Builders

Our office is located at No 58, which used to be Old No 15, in Y Block on 5th Avenue in Anna Nagar. The street numbering in this area can be a bit of a mess, so we often have to explain to people how to find us. Creative Home Builders has been in this part of Anna Nagar for quite some time. 5th Avenue is usually pretty busy with cars and people, but our building stays relatively quiet. We have a decent amount of space here, though we’ve managed to fill it up with various building materials and samples over the years. There are stacks of tiles in one corner and wood swatches in another. It looks more like a workshop than a corporate office. We like it that way because it feels practical. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or sketching out ideas for houses. We have a small area where we sit and eat lunch together. The air conditioning sometimes struggles when it gets really hot outside, but we manage. Being in Y Block means we’re close to a lot of the residential projects we work on. We know the local area very well. It’s a good spot to be. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just sticking to our routine and getting the houses built one at a time while dealing with the usual daily office clutter.
