Commnet

We’ve been running Commnet out of this office in Shaam Apartments for a good while now. It’s located on P.T Rajan Salai in Kk Nagar, which is a busy enough spot for any small business. Most days, we’re just here dealing with whatever technical issues come through the door or over the phone. The apartment building isn't anything special to look at, but it works well for us. We have our desks set up and we just get on with it without much fuss. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the morning rush, but you get used to that after a few weeks of working here. It’s mostly just us handling the technical side of things, fixing things, and making sure the connections are doing what they’re supposed to do. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing with a big lobby or a receptionist or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on the tasks. People come by when they need something sorted out, and we try to be helpful without making things too complicated for them. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, more shops opening up and things getting busier, but we’ve stayed right here at No 5, 3B. It’s a simple setup. We drink a lot of tea while we work and there’s always a pile of cables somewhere that needs sorting out. That’s pretty much the daily life for us here.
