Coastline Properties (India) Llp

Our office, Coastline Properties (India) Llp, is over in Besant Nagar. We are located at T58B, which is also New No: 29, on 32nd Cross Street. It’s a pretty quiet street compared to the beach road, which we appreciate. Being in the 600090 area of Chennai means we get a bit of that sea breeze now and then, though the humidity is still something else. We aren't some huge firm with a tall building. We’re just a small group of people working out of this space. Most of our day is spent talking to people about houses and land. We like Besant Nagar because it has a certain character that you don't find in other parts of the city. There are plenty of little cafes around where we sometimes grab a quick bite. Our office is a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. We don't follow any corporate scripts or have any big meetings about synergy. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done, and do it. It’s an honest way to spend the day. If you’re walking around the 32nd Cross Street area, you’ll probably see our door. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We’re just a local property business trying to stay busy in a city that never seems to stop growing.
