Clinic For Women

You can find us over at B-21 on 2nd Avenue in Anna Nagar East. It is a busy area, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days, but we’ve managed to stay here for a good while. The building has been around for ages. Inside, we have a few plants near the window, though they don't always get enough sunlight. We see a lot of women from all over Anna Nagar East coming in, some bringing their mothers or their kids along. The waiting room is usually full of chatter, which makes the day go by faster. We have a small desk where we keep the appointments written down in a big ledger. Sometimes the phone rings and rings while we are busy with someone, but we get to it eventually. The air conditioner works most of the time, though it struggles when the sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon. We try to keep the place clean and quiet, but with the street noise outside, it is never truly silent. It feels like a part of the neighborhood, not just a workplace. We’ve seen the shops around us change names and owners, but we are still here in the same spot on 2nd Avenue, just doing what we do every day for the people who need us. It's just a regular local clinic that's been part of the landscape for many years, and we plan to stay right here.
