Clamsys Consultancy Services Private Limited is based out of No. 45 on MKN Road in Guindy. If you know Chennai, you know Guindy is always moving and full of energy. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a plain building, nothing that stands out from the street, but it works for us. Inside, it is just a regular office setup with computers and a lot of paperwork scattered around. We do consultancy work, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the phone or in meetings throughout the day. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a fountain or a receptionist. It’s more of a functional space where we can actually get stuff done without any distractions. The traffic on MKN Road can be a real nightmare sometimes, so we usually try to get in early to beat the rush. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don’t go in for big corporate speeches or slogans. We just talk like normal people and try to solve the problems that come across our desks. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. Most days involve a lot of tea and even more spreadsheets. It is just how we operate every week without making any big fuss.
