Milestone Roofings

Milestone Roofings is tucked away at No. 15 on the Second Main Road in New Colony. If you’re looking for us, we’re the ones surrounded by stacks of roofing sheets and various metal fittings. It’s a very practical sort of business. We spend most of our time thinking about rain and sun, and how to keep both from getting inside a building. The warehouse can get pretty hot, especially when the sun is hitting the metal roofs outside, but that’s just the nature of the work. We aren't big on fancy presentations or polished brochures. Most of the time, we’re just showing people samples of different materials and explaining how they hold up over time. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving stuff around to get to the right color or size. New Colony is a familiar place for us, and we’ve seen plenty of houses go up in the neighborhood over the years. We don’t use any corporate jargon or make big promises we can't keep. We just give people a price and tell them when the materials can be delivered. Our office is small and usually has a few stacks of invoices waiting to be filed. We just come in, do the work, and head home like everyone else. It’s a simple business, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
