Siva Exporium

You can find Siva Exporium over at No. 12, which used to be No. 40, on Sourastra Nagar 7th Cross Street in Choolaimedu. The street numbers can be a bit confusing for people visiting the first time, but we have been here long enough that it feels like home. Our daily routine is pretty much the same every week. We open up, check what arrived overnight, and start sorting through the requests. Choolaimedu is a lively area and there is always something happening outside the window. Inside, we are mostly focused on the logistics of moving products. We have stacks of boxes piled up in the corners and the air is usually thick with the smell of cardboard and tape. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. We spend a lot of time double-checking the labels because a small mistake can cause a big headache later on. The 7th Cross Street is a narrow one, so we have to be careful when the delivery vans come through. We do not have a flashy website or a marketing department. We just have a desk and a commitment to getting the paperwork finished before the sun goes down. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses, so we all get along okay. It is just a practical way to make a living in this part of town.
