Work- Ez Sports Apparel Company is on the 1st Floor at No. 49 A, Gill Nagar 2nd Street in Choolaimedu. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s where all the action happens. We spend most of our time surrounded by jerseys, shorts, and different kinds of sports fabric. Choolaimedu is a lively area and our street is no different. You can always hear the sounds of the city through the windows while we work. We have a row of sewing machines and some big cutting tables that take up most of the room. It’s not a corporate office. It’s a place where things are actually made. We don’t have a marketing department or a fancy slogan to tell people how good we are. We just show the work we do. Most days involve a lot of measuring and making sure the logos are in the right spot. It can be a bit frantic when a local team needs their gear in a hurry, but we usually make it happen. The lighting isn't perfect and the coffee is usually cold by the time we drink it, but that’s just life in a small shop. We like being part of the sports scene in this way. It’s a practical business for people who just want to get their gear and get playing. We stay here until the last order is packed.
