Sagar Grandhi Exports Pvt. Ltd. is situated at No. 74 Venkatesan Street in Chintadripet. Now, Chintadripet is a place that never really sleeps. It’s always crowded and there is a certain kind of energy that you only find in these older parts of the city. Our office is tucked away on Venkatesan Street, and we’ve been here for a long time. Even though the name says Private Limited, we are still very much a local operation. The building we are in is quite old and has a lot of character, though the stairs are a bit steep and narrow. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to suppliers from all over. The office is usually a bit of a mess with samples and catalogs lying around on every available surface. There’s a tea stall just down the road that we visit a few times a day, and the owner knows exactly how we like our tea. When it rains, the sound on the roof is so loud we can barely hear ourselves talk, but it’s just part of the experience of being here. We have a small team, and we all pitch in with everything, from answering the phone to packing up small boxes. It’s a busy, noisy, and sometimes chaotic place to work, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s just our daily life on Venkatesan Street, and we try to keep things moving along as best as we can without too much trouble.
