Our office is over in Anna Nagar, specifically on the Second Street in Sam's Noam Tower. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you’re at Flat C-1, you’ll find us easily. It’s a residential-feeling area but we run our electrical business out of here. We have a lot of catalogs and samples scattered around the tables. It’s not like a big corporate showroom. It feels more like a home office that grew a bit too big for the space. We handle a lot of technical stuff, mostly dealing with circuit breakers and power systems. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it gets a bit chaotic. We usually have tea in the afternoon and talk about the orders we need to finish. The street outside is usually busy with people going to work. We’ve been in this building for some time now. Some of the neighbors know us as the guys who are always moving heavy boxes of gear up and down the stairs. It’s hard work, and the heat in the summer doesn’t help much. We just focus on getting the right parts to the people who ask for them. There’s no big marketing team here, just us answering emails and checking the technical specs on the equipment. We try to be careful with the details because electrical stuff can be tricky if you don't pay attention. It is just a regular office day for us most of the time.
