M. G. Exports Chennai

We are set up at No. 2/ 45 Parthasarathy Naidu Street in Chepauk. If you know Chennai, you know Chepauk can get very lively, especially when there’s something going on at the stadium nearby. M. G. Exports Chennai is tucked away on this street and we’ve been here for a good while. The space is a bit cramped because we have so much stuff coming and going all the time. We have to be very organized or we’d lose track of everything. It’s a lot of manual entry into our books and making sure the drivers know exactly where they’re heading. The heat in Chepauk is something you just have to live with. We drink a lot of water and keep the shutters open. There’s no big corporate vibe here. It’s just a group of us working hard to make sure the exports are handled right. We don't have a polished front office. Most people just walk straight back to where the work is happening. Parthasarathy Naidu Street is a busy place with people moving about constantly. We fit right into that. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out or work by the light from the door. It’s just how it goes. We don’t make a fuss about it. We just focus on getting the day's tasks finished so we can go home.
