You can find us on Angappa Naicken Street in George Town, specifically at the building that’s New No 204. It’s right behind the GPO, so that’s the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone who hasn't visited before. George Town has that old-school feel to it, and our office is right in the thick of it. We spend our days arranging tours and handling all the travel paperwork that comes with it. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with bookings and trying to make sure all the dates line up for people’s trips. The area is always crowded with people heading to the post office or the various shops nearby. We’ve been in this spot for years, and the building itself has a lot of history, even if it feels a bit cramped sometimes. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us sitting at our desks, answering calls and typing up itineraries. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, but we just work around it. It is a very practical sort of place. We don’t go in for big promises or flashy signs. We just want to get the work done and help folks get on their buses or planes on time. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of every single day. We stay until the job is finished.
