Chennai Photographers

Most people around St. Thomas Mount know where Butt Road is, and that is where you will find Chennai Photographers. We are right at number 45. It is a decent area, though the traffic out front can be a real headache during the rush hour in the mornings and evenings. Our place is not anything too crazy or modern, just a few rooms filled with cameras, lenses, and a few old tripods tucked away in the corners. We have been snapping photos for a long time now. We do not really do the whole fancy studio thing with big flashing lights everywhere unless a job actually calls for it. Most of the time, it is just us looking through a viewfinder and trying to catch something that looks right. Sometimes the prints come out exactly as we wanted on the first try, and other times we have to fiddle with the settings for a bit longer. That is just part of the job. We do not really have a big corporate team, just a few of us who enjoy the work and talk about lenses more than we probably should. If you stop by, you might see us drinking tea outside or sorting through files on the computer. It is a quiet enough life, mostly. We like being part of the neighborhood here at St. Thomas Mount. It feels like home after all these years of working on this street. (250 words)
