If you look across from the High Court in Parrys, you’ll find us at No. 155 Linghi Chetty Street. Being this close to the court means the whole area is always buzzing with people in black robes and folks looking worried about their cases. At Chennai Law In Law Firm, our office is pretty much what you’d expect. There are stacks of files everywhere, and the shelves are groaning under the weight of old law books. We spend a lot of time reading through documents and typing up motions. It’s a lot of paperwork, and sometimes the dust from the old files makes you sneeze. The noise from the street never really stops, with all the horns and people shouting. We usually have tea brought in a few times a day to keep us going. It’s not a fancy corporate law office with glass walls. We have wooden desks and chairs that have been around for decades. Most of our day is spent either in the office or running across the street to the court buildings. It’s a stressful environment for some, but we’ve gotten used to the pace of Parrys. We don't make any big promises; we just look at the facts and do the necessary work. It’s a lot of research and waiting around for hearings. We’ve been at this spot for years and don't plan on moving anytime soon.
