Chennai Infotech Solution

We set up our little shop on School Road in Venkateshwara Nagar. You can find us at number 20, right in the heart of Kodungaiyur. Being on a road named after a school means there are always people walking by, especially in the mornings and afternoons. We handle computer repairs and some basic IT solutions for the folks around here. Chennai Infotech Solution isn't a massive company with a call center. It’s just a room filled with spare cables, opened-up laptops, and a couple of workbenches. Most of our work comes from local parents whose kids have broken their tablets or students who need a virus cleared off their computers. We don't use a lot of technical jargon because we want people to understand what we are fixing. The shop gets a bit dusty with the windows open, so we spend time every morning cleaning things off. We like being in Kodungaiyur because it feels like a real neighborhood where everyone knows each other. We aren't looking to move to a big office building in the city. We are happy right here on School Road. If someone has a tech problem, they just drop their machine off and we take a look. We try to be quick, but sometimes a repair takes a few days if we need a specific part. We just do our best every day and keep the lights on.
