Chennai Affordable Venture Llp

We are over at Adyar, right on 1st Avenue in Indira Nagar. It's a busy spot but we like it here. If you're looking for us, the address says Old No 55 but the plate on the door is New No 74. It happens a lot with these older streets. Chennai Affordable Venture Llp is just a small group of us working out of this office. We've been around this part of Chennai for a bit now. Adyar is a nice place to be based, plenty of trees and good tea shops nearby for our breaks. We mostly just focus on our day-to-day work here. Sometimes the traffic on the avenue gets a bit much during rush hour, but that's just how it is in this city. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular workspace where we get things done. Most people who come by know us from around the neighborhood. We try to keep things straightforward and don't really go for all that complicated talk. Dealing with property and ventures takes up most of our time. Usually, you’ll find one of us at the desk or out checking on something. It’s a practical setup. We've lived in Chennai for years, so we know the local streets pretty well. If you find yourself near Indira Nagar, you'll see our building. It’s nothing too flashy, just a solid place where we run the LLP.
