Chemitherm Plants & Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Our office for Chemitherm Plants & Systems Pvt. Ltd. is on the fourth floor of a building at 31, 1st Main Road. This is in R.A. Puram, which is usually a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, but it still has its busy moments. We are in Flat D. It’s not a huge space, but it fits our desks and all the technical drawings we have to look at. Working on the fourth floor means we get a decent view of the trees along the street, which is nice when you need a break from staring at a computer screen. We deal with plants and systems, which involves a lot of planning and coordination. The elevator in the building is a bit slow and sometimes it makes a funny noise, so most of us just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. It keeps us moving, I suppose. The office has that lived-in feel with stacks of files and old catalogues everywhere. We don't really do the whole modern minimalist thing. It's a place where work actually happens. The neighborhood has some good spots to grab lunch, which is the highlight of the day for most of the staff. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just focus on the engineering side of things and making sure our systems work the way they are supposed to for the people who buy them.
