Chandru & Co. is located in Shivanagar, specifically on the 60 Feet Road in the 1st Stage of the 5th Phase. It’s a good spot because the road is wide enough for vehicles to move easily, which isn't always the case in Bangalore. Our building is number 81. We’ve been operating from here for a good while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow around us. The ground floor stays busy with people coming in and out. It’s a mix of a residential and commercial area, so there’s always something happening outside. We have a small office where we handle all our accounts and client meetings. It’s nothing too fancy, just some old wooden desks and chairs that have been with us since we started. We usually have a pot of tea going in the afternoon. Most of our day is spent talking to people or checking on the work that’s currently in progress. We don't believe in making things complicated. We just do our job and go home to our families. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to chat for a few minutes. It feels like a proper community here. We take care of the small details ourselves instead of hiring a lot of extra staff. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business that we’re proud to keep running day after day.
